Trauma-Focused CBT (Informed) 

A integrative form of psychotherapy which focuses on identifying and increasing awareness around the different "parts" that exist within our systems/psyche.

A form of CBT that addresses the specific emotional and mental health needs of children, adolescents, adult survivors, and families who are struggling to overcome the effects of traumatic experiences.

Solution-Focused Therapy

A form of psychotherapy which concentrates on finding solutions in the present time and exploring one’s hope for the future. 

Emotional Focused Therapy

A form of humanistic psychotherapy that focuses on the emotional connections within ourself and relationships with others. This therapeutic modality also explores connections within the Attachment Theory.

Psycho-education

Providing resources and information regarding the impact of Food & Mood, Trauma Responses and other Mental Health concerns

Individual Therapy Session — $150.00 (45-50 minutes)

Individual Therapy Session — $165.00 (55-60 minutes)

Couples Session — $160.00 (45-50 minutes)

​

Family Therapy Session — $175.00 (45-50 minutes)

Missed Appointment Fee with less than 24 hours notice — Cost of Session
